Ryan Taylor (@ryanhavoc) who, amongst other things, produces the hugely popular boagworld podcast, has been running a really neat web series called "Please Start From the Beginning..." where he interviews web people on their careers to date, the choices they made, the regrets and highlights they've experienced, etc. I had the honour of being part of this series recently.
